This is an elegant Pinot Noir with supple tannins and smoky, spicy, and black fruit aromas. The minerality of this wine gives it great length on the palate.

MAGNUN (1.50L)

50% Auxerrois 50% Pinot Gris Golden yellow in color, it has beautiful tears. Its nose displays lovely smoky notes. Its rich and creamy texture reveals aromas of caramel and vanilla, with a beautiful persistence.

A lively and mineral wine marked by the salinity of its sandstone terroir. Once decanted, it reveals a racy and complex character. Light citrus and fruit flavors such as mirabelle plum and quince develop over the minerality.

With its deep roots, this Pinot Blanc vine produces a wine that's both fruity with notes of peach, dry and rich, and has a lovely long finish. It pairs well with freshwater fish.

Riesling and Gewurztraminer La Montagne des Pêches "PFERSIGBERG" is a favorite terroir for its vines and wild peaches. Composed of Riesling and Gewurztraminer, this cuvée expresses all the minerality of its marl-limestone terroir. It will seduce you with its purity, its citrus notes, and its balance between tension and indulgence.

50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre “A deep, intense red color. The fresh nose expresses notes of garrigue, sweet spices, cinnamon, and cardamom. The palate is full and balanced. A very smooth attack, rich and firm tannins give a nice bounce to the whole. A finish with vegetal notes, licorice stick, and zan. A lively and balanced wine.”

90% Syrah and 10% Grenache “With its dark color and garnet highlights, this powerful wine with a bold nose draws its fruity aromas from the aromatic palette of its spicy terroir. Its fine, fiery, and harmonious tannins offer a palate that is both mineral and generous with a fresh finish.

50% Mourvèdre, 40% Syrah, and 10% Grenache. Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard and destemmed. Pre-fermentation at low temperature followed by extended maceration, malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 18 months in new oak barrels, dried for 36 months, medium toast.

97% Mourvèdre, 3% Syrah Limestone, sandstone and schist terroir
